The PVC ID Card Printer by Pasand Tech lets you crop your government-issued ID card PDF to standard PVC card size (85.6 × 54 mm) and export a print-ready PDF. 100% in your browser — no server upload.

Step-by-step:

Select your ID card type from the dropdown: Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, APAAR, Ayushman, or Custom Design.
Upload your PDF. Aadhaar auto-unlocks from filename. PAN uses DOB as password (DDMMYYYY).
Auto-crop runs — front and back are detected and cropped to PVC dimensions.
Select sheet size — 4×6 inch (default), A4, ID Card, or Custom.
Download — vector PDF for ID cards (5-500 KB), JPEG PDF for custom designs (~1-2 MB).

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is this tool legal?

Yes, for personal use. It only crops your PDF to PVC card size — it does not edit any data. Misuse (fake IDs, data modification) is punishable under IPC sections 463, 464, 468, 471.

Does this tool edit my ID card?

No. It only performs a visual crop. All text, photos, and QR codes remain exactly as in your original PDF.

Do you store my data?

No. 100% client-side. Your files never leave your browser. Closing the tab erases everything.

What ID cards are supported?

Aadhaar, Voter ID (e-EPIC), PAN Card (NSDL/UTIITSL), APAAR ID, Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY), and Custom Design. All output to 85.6×54mm PVC size.

How does Aadhaar auto-unlock work?

UIDAI e-Aadhaar password = first 4 CAPITAL letters of name + birth year (e.g. ANAS2001). If your filename matches, it auto-unlocks.

What is the PAN card password?

PAN card PDFs are password-protected with your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format (e.g. 01012000 for 1st Jan 2000). Enter this in the password field.

What is the output PDF file size?

ID card modes: vector PDF (5-500 KB). Custom mode: JPEG PDF (~1-2 MB). Both include cut guides.

Can I create fake IDs?

No. This tool only crops. It cannot edit data or generate new content. Creating fake IDs is illegal (IPC 463-471, up to 7 years imprisonment).

What sheet sizes are supported?

4×6 inch (default), A4, ID Card size, and Custom. Cards are centered with dashed cutting guides.

How do I print correctly?

Print at Actual Size (100%). Do not use "Fit to page". Enable Borderless. Use 4×6 photo paper or A4. Cut along dashed lines.
